Children Under 18
Our Terms of Service require all account owners be at least 18 years of age. Minors under 18 years of age and at least 13 years of age are permitted to use our services only if they have the appropriate permission and direct supervision by the owner of the account. Children under age 13 are not permitted to use our Website or our services. We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our Website.  You are responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on your account.  We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a person under 13, we will delete that information.   • Web beacons:  Pages of our Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us to do things like count the number of customers who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related Website statistics.
  • Experience data: We may collect other information that is voluntarily provided by you from time to time if you provide comments to us or respond to surveys, polls, questionnaires, and/or Website registration forms.   • Transfer of Assets:  As we evolve our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or all (or substantially all) of our assets, the personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information we have about you may be transferred to and used by this acquiring entity. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered an asset of ours and as such may be sold or transferred to third parties.

We implement a variety of security measures to prevent accidental loss and the unauthorized use and disclosure of your personal information.  All supplied payment information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our third party payment provider’s database.   
We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and are not responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We recommend that you take steps to protect the privacy and security of your personal and payment information and your activity while using the internet.
What Choices Do You Have About Your Account and Our Use of Your Information?
Your account information will be retained in our database for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Statement.  If you request it, we will provide you with a copy of your account information.  You may also send us an email  to request a correction or deletion of any personal information that you have provided to us. If we determine the change would violate law or legal requirements or cause the information to be incorrect, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
