If you’ve opened or used a product and it’s not working as expected, we recommend checking the manufacturer’s warranty for support.
For unused items, you’re welcome to return them in their original condition and packaging within 31 days for a full refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund.
We do ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our end (like receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
