Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or cancel orders at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship via third-party carriers within the United States. While we aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

We do not ship on the following holidays:

• Columbus Day
• Thanksgiving & Day After Thanksgiving
• December 24-26
• New Year’s Eve

Upon shipment, we will email you tracking information. Orders may ship in multiple packages at no additional charge.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Pricing & Product Information

While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in original packaging within 31 days for a refund. Refunds are issued after inspection. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply if the product is not in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

For opened or used products, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses related to your use of the Website or purchased products.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchased products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for products in the past 12 months.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by us.
