I've always been a big fan of Bondhus, and these drivers are well made. However, one of the design features of the square drive is that the fastener will stay put on the end of the tool. These are ball-end drivers, and you have to read the specifications closely to see this. While they would work great on an angle, they fall short in my application and may be the reason some users are breaking the tools.Good customer support at Amazon, as I returned these and ordered a different set with next-day delivery.

I was trying to renovate an old dresser and could not remove the handles with any screwdriver I owned. I needed a square head and this set works beautifully!!! I had no idea what size I needed and I hoped one of the four would fit.....the smallest was perfect. Glad I tried them. Seem to be wrong and solid. Did the trick for me!

SQ1 tool broke while tightening a screw on an electrical outlet using medium torque. There is Insufficient metal between the shaft and the ball end. This tool series needs to be redesigned. Even though it has a lifetime warranty, it is not worth the shipping costs to return it.

I have four different of Bondus ball end hex wrenches in both standard and Metric sizes and they are great when you can't get a straight shot at the bolt and need to go in at an angel ant strong too. So when the square head bolts came loose on my prosthetic leg came loose there was only one solution these Bondus ball end drivers. You can't go wrong with Bondus for ball end tools.

This works great for getting between the basement doors on my RV. They have square screws and only a small amount of space to get a screw driver in. All other bit drivers have to big of a shaft to fit between the doors.

Bondhus 11640 Set of 4 Square Recess Screwdrivers, sizes #0-3

I purchased these square tipped screwdrivers on December 7, 2018. As of today December 20, 2018 the one I use to install 15-amp switches is useless. I am installing 40 switches per day in manufactured homes and after 200 switches installed I had to discard this one for another brand. I would think the tip should not round off that quickly.

Comfortable handle. The tip is ground into a "ball" shape so that screws can be driven off center which can be very convenient. It also creates a weak spot. Tried to loosen a tightly torqued screw in an electrical box and snapped off the tip.

Only one of the screwdrivers was functional. #0 showed up in good shape. The other 3 had misshapen heads which would not fit into any square recessed hole. Awful manufacturing or just super unlucky. I can't use them.

Robertson or square drive screws are taking over my shop. These have comfy handles and can impart enough torque that I don't feel like they will break. I'm quite pleased with these even after 8 months of use.

If you need one of those drivers and you don't have one --- well, it's not gonna make your day, for sure. I bought this set, now I have them all. No more bad hair days because I ain't got one. They're very good. One of them sheared off a little, but I wound up having to drill out the screw as it was seated way too tight. Recommended.
