I bought it to help with building a shower, and it cut through 1/2" cement board without any issues. Yes, they do raise some dust, but that comes with the application. It was easy to get it to cut on a curve without too much effort, and it showed no signs of dulling throughout use.

I like this primarily because there isn't as much dust to worry about. It makes plunge cuts easily and has held up for an entire kitchen project.The only "downside" is the cut edges are not smooth. That's a minor issue when it's behind thinset and tile though.

Bought these over a year ago for detailed hardie-plank work. Take your time with them when cutting, and they work great. They will bind if you try to rush the cut (as expected).Recommended and will buy again when needed.

Using this blade to notch Hardie siding was a breeze. I bought two incase the first one burnt out, but it has cut like a hot knife through butter. Highly recommended!

After quickly burning and wearing out a couple of similar blades I tried this one. It cuts through ½ inch hardieboard like butter. Turns well and minimally vibrates the board.
