I was a high-end remodeling contractor in California for three decades.I've been using these screws for fifteen years now and although I'm not contracting anymore, I still buy them for projects around the house and constructing outbuildings and other small projects. You can use them to attach form boards in concrete work, for framing and for exterior finish. When you use them for concrete work, they can be removed and re-used for framing or exterior finish work. They are well-made and if you over torque them, the heads don't often shear off nearly as easily as similar products.Although I am retired, I decided to buy the vacant lot next to my house and build another house there. So I bought another box of these. They have so many uses and are so far superior to nails and other types of fasteners that you can't go wrong. I highly recommend them.
