Malco makes great quality drivers. I am in HVAC and this is my primary driver. Near impossible to strip. The yellow peice does eventually fall off if you work in tight spaces but I am a function over form guy.

If you're not familiar with malco, you may not be a professional. These bits outlast the competiton by a factor of 10. I use them everyday (seamless gutter business) and find myself replacing them around once a year. The other name brands found at the local hardware store will begin to strip screws within 1 to 2 months time.

I understand others have experienced problems with the magnet, however I have experienced nothing of the sort. This thing has done well for about a year of weekly use on my impact, getting beat around in storage.

Great tool. I'm a residential HVAC installer. I purchased the 1/4" and 5/16" inch ones.So far so good. The 1/4" inch bit has lost its colored band. (Bummer). But that's fine. It is what it is. I beat them to death as it is.Magnet works well. My heads are also smeared with butyl rubber tape (it's a HVAC thing) so the screws REALLY stick well.No complaints here.Recommended.

Was disappointed after receiving the item. The full product description shows 8.8 (I assumed that was length) but it's no different than my normal Qualtool 6", but 6+$ more. Was willing to pay the extra for an 8" version, but not more just to get a yellow size indicator. Quality looks to be great and all my other Malco purchases have been top notch,, but they need to specify actual length in the description!

used it for about a month & the magnet fell out. Just thought I got a bad one so I purchased another & after using it for only an hour the magnet fell out of that one as well.
