These heavy duty crimpers are the ones to own. Hands don't eaily get tired if you are working for a while. Robust construction, you will be hard pressed to wear these out. I could not have completed my last Job without them.
The tool is well made of quality materials. I would not change anything about the tool. I used it on a copper downspout made of 0.027" copper. I bought the three-blade tool because it is the best choice for a small diameter (2 3/4") pipe in my case. The price was acceptable to me since it is a quality tool made in the U.S.
I do all kinds of work, so these won't get as much use as if I was working full-time installing gutters or ductwork. They're the same construction as the Malco 5-blade crimpers I found at Home Depot, which have held up for years of occasional use.

Easy o use on his job
If your a sheet metal worker these will make life easy for less money. They have a great bite with less weight and grip force, I also have a set of heavy iron crimps but with my bags full the last thing I want is more weight on a ladder. These are light and do a great job, they bite hard so don’t put full strength grip or your pipe will show the crimp after the connection.
Love them. Have searched for this style for a while and all my suppliers told me that this style wasn’t available anymore
