Bought this prior to getting my siding. The blade cuts nicely, little bucking, but leaves molten plastic residue on siding that needs to be cut off siding.Certainteed box recommends 40 tooth carbide blade on the box.

I'm installing a vinyl fence and needed to rip its panels. I mounted this blade on my table saw and the first cut looked like a snake- ruined the panel. From then on out I took closer notice during the cut and when the blade would vibrate I would stop the cut, back off a bit, then keep going. The blade is so thin it flexes/vibrates and cannot cut straight until you stop cutting then start again. I would have given 1 star but thought maybe it's okay in a miter saws. If you plan on ripping vinyl or plastic get an aluminum/plastic cutting blade that has carbide teeth.

Was tight on arbor shaft made changing very difficult. Also heated up and warped very quick. Got a Irwin blade worked twice as fast smooth cuts no problems

I am building a new home so I bought one of these blades for my chop saw. Complete the vinyl siding with a single blade and carried on with installing 1400 sq ft of Vinyl Plank Flooring. She started getting pretty dull but managed to get through to the last 100 sq ft or so which I finished with my jig saw. So this is the second blade the other hit the dust bin. Have not used this one but expect the same performance as the first!

If you're doing any type of vinyl siding, you need to invest in a vinyl siding blade. Cuts are quick and clean.

i was skeptical in purchasing this blade for cutting siding, it actually works great. not recommended in cutting siding below 5 degrees C used in cutting 30 boxes of siding.

This blade is inexpensive and works well for cutting vinyl siding.The arbor hole on the blade is very tight and needed some coaxing to slide onto my Bosch saw. Make sure you look at the Rotation arrow on the blade and install it in the correct orientation. You will notice the teeth on the blade are backwards from a normal wood blade.The kerf if this blade is very thin which makes the blade wobble slightly. The wobble is not enough to ruin your cuts but the blade will flex slightly with any side pressure.Overall this blade is cheap and does the job. I installed 800 sq/ft of vinyl siding and cut several pieces without chipping or cracking any. For under $30 I'd recommend this blade however I'd pay $50 if they'd make if a little more sturdy.Note: I only used this blade for one weekend, installing siding on my cabin at the lake. For my "Small Project" it worked well. I have no idea on the longevity of this blade and how long the teeth will stay sharp.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Yes, It's worthless junk, Couldn't get the 5/8 arbor hole onto the arbor. After messing with it for a LONG time, we finally got the blade installed only to find the blade is so out of true, or warped. Don't waste you money

Absolutely worthless. Blade was warped when I got it and it chipped and cut worse than the dull carbite tipped blade I was using. Don't waste your money on this.

This blade warped in no time at all. I used it to cut .06 polymer so I did not put a strain on it. Didn't matter, this blade still warped.

The blade arrived with quite a wobble when installed on saw. Inspite of the wobble the blade cut siding nicely.

Perfect blade for cutting vinyl siding. Never chipped any siding when cutting. Too bad it wasn't a larger blade. Very smooth cuts.

Caveat

Good idea, but the blade I received was about 1/8" out of true. What that means is, when mounted in a saw, the blade wobbled about 1/8". I used an 80 tooth blade, mounted backward in the saw and I am returning this Malco blade. I cannot recommend this blade.
