This metal box is very well made and fits for my small 1/4" socket and ratchet set. I could not ask for anything better. The box quality is good and the metal clasp is strong and fine fitting. A good metal box for a fair price.

I bought a couple of these to house tailstock die holder kits that I made with my lathe, and shadowed them with foam because after going to the trouble of making the tools and hunting down the dies I wanted to use, I didn't want it all rolling around loose in a drawer. The only possible complaint I have is the corners aren't welded at all, but for my use it just doesn't matter.I liked them enough to order a couple more of them. I saw at least one other reviewer complained about the difficulty of removing the sticker. I found that a heat gun and a phenolic scraper, followed by some isopropyl alcohol and a rag for the adhesive residue made short work of that.

This is just a small metal box, painted red with a clasp to keep it closed. Somewhat hard to find these days, most all is plastic. I'm using it for misc. metal dies & jigs. The inside is wide open and you're not limited to sizes of traditional sockets. Nothing fancy, but if you need/want a metal box vs plastic this is a great option. I expect durability will be high - would buy more if i had more small items for storage. Would stack without issues.

I use this box to store small hand tools for on-site visits. Very functional and handy storage. Well made and always easy to find in the back of my car.

After destroying a couple of plastic cases transporting drill bits in the field, I picked this up. After riveting some aluminum angle dividers in it’s perfect. The latch closes tightly, seems sturdy enough. There was a barcode sticker that was a pain to get off, but a heat gun to loosen it and some denatured alcohol to take the adhesive off seemed to work. Would recommend.

My husband was looking for a smaller toolbox just to put small screwdrivers and such. I bought this one and he asked me to get another one. They are as described in pic and they dont take up much space but does hold a lot of little tools.

I snagged this for about fifteen bucks and for the price it's not bad. As others have mentioned the corners are not welded or anything but as this is actually made from some sturdy sheetmetal rather than the heavy tinfoil you usually get these days I don't see it as a problem. Loading a box this small up enough to deform the sides would take some serious effort. The construction is all metal to include the latch & hinges. The latch isn't super impressive but on a box this size it's perfectly adequate. I'm not entirely sure what I'll put in it. I've got some Tekton hard handle screwdrivers in it right now (god I love those screwdrivers) but I think I may end up fitting it with some foam and keeping a dial caliper and micrometer I don't have cases for in it. All in all this is a great little box and I don't regret buying it one bit.

Sturdy little toolbox with solid hardware. Finish seems to be tough. Mine has a slight defect in which one corner of the top was not braised so it is a slot instead of a corner. Even so, the metal is sufficiently strong that it doesn’t weaken it.

Bought this specifically for recreating the box in the bathroom from saw, and I love it. Turned out great.
