Excellente pompe, très silencieuse. Cependant, lorsque celle-ci est employée dans une pente montante plus abrupte, il y a une fuite entre la pompe et la sortie d'eau. Même si les deux boulons ont été resserrés. le joint employé n'est pas assez rigide donc moins étanche en forte pression.

Tsurumi Pump LB-480 2" 2/3HP Submersible Dewatering Pump

Pump died after 8 months, checked with Tsunami and they said it was under warranty. I paid $65 to ship it back for a replacement, I was sent an email saying they weren't going to honor the warranty. After several unanswered calls I was able to speak to Glenn a manager. I was told he would send me a used one they had laying around, being my only choice I accepted. When it arrived it had a short cord leaving it useless to me (the original had a 32ft cord) I have called Glenn several times with no response. Stay away from this company.

After renting one of these at Sunbelt we figured it'd be easier to just own one ourselves. If it survives being part of a rental fleet (who doesn't treat rental pumps poorly), it's gotta be good.

Tsurumi Pump LB-480 2" 2/3HP Submersible Dewatering Pump

I am using three of these to pump water ~28ft uphill from my ~10000 gallon koi pond to run a stream/waterfall 24/7.One have died in about 1.5 years so far, but the local store where I got them refused to cover it under warranty so I am now sourcing them from Amazon. The other two I have for a bit over 3 years at this point.My biggest problem with it is the small hole sizes on the intake, they clog often with seeds from nearby trees, with pine needles and with algae from the pond.Needs at least weekly cleanup to maintain performance or the water flow reduces to a trickle.When the intake is clear, provides ample waterflow and is of minimal maintenance otherwise.

I own 2 of these pumps and I have used them numerous times under extreme flooding conditions here at my residence. I can honestly tell you that I am impressed with this pump's durability. Well worth the money and is a must have piece of equipment for anyone who lives in a flood prone area.

I have used this pump numerous times under extreme flooding (Hurricane Irene & Super storm Sandy) conditions, and I can honestly tell you that I am quite impressed with this pump's overall performance and durability. Well worth the money and I'd strongly recommend this pump to anyone that needs to get water out of their house ASAP, who don't have the time to want to mess with a gas powered pump.
