After heavy east coast storms this summer the pump was used to move thousands of gallons of water from residential and commercial basements. The company who sells this pump is in Brooklyn NY and advised pickup was possible if we needed it that day if bought from them. It's rated at 80gpm with 0ft of head.

Tsurumi Pump LB-800 2" 1HP Submersible Dewatering Pump

The pump was as described, this is a really niche product. I am using it for a home irrigation project, with the correct adapters it supplies 25PSI to pump water from a barrel. It works as advertised, there's not switch, just plug it in and it turns on. If you need a switch use a relay and micro controller combo.

Tsurumi Pump LB-800 2" 1HP Submersible Dewatering Pump

Bought this pump to be used to power a pond/stream. It's run 24/7 for roughly 7 months per year, and I've had this pump for 5 years now (that's currenty 24/7 for 35 months). I change the oil per the manual, and store properly over the winter.When this pump eventually wears out, I'll be replacing with another of the same make and model. I've contacted Tsurumi a few times with questions, and they have been very responsive.
